Opgaven omfatter daglig drift af de to kantiner for kursister og ansatte. Derudover omfatter opgaven modeforplejning og en del storre arrangementer. Det samlede kundeunderlag pa de to adresser er ca. 1 750 kursister og ca. 250 ansatte. Driften varetages pt. af en ekstern leverandor. Den arlige omsaetning for den samlede drift er pa ca. DKK 4 400 000 DKK i 2017. Der ydes pt. ikke tilskud til driften og det er ordregivers forventning, at det heller ikke vil vaere nodvendigt i den fremtidige leveringsaftale. Der konkurreres dog pa tilskud. Driften af kantinerne udbydes samlet i en samlet aftale.Awards
