Samtidig har Forsvaret et ESDH-system til handtering af historisk data baseret pa Software Innovation Public 360.Captia driftes hos ekstern leverandor. Public 360 driftes internt i Forsvaret. Begge systemer administreres centralt af Forsvarets ESDH kompetencecenter i Forsvarets Koncernfaelles Informatiktjeneste.Forsvaret har lobende behov for tilkob af konsulenter til radgivning, projektledelse og forretningsrelaterede systemadministrationsopgaver i relation til ESDH. Dette vaere sig bade i relation til de naevnte ESDH-systemer samt mere strategisk og forretningsorienteret.Der er behov for folgende profiler:a) Konsulenter med teknisk ekspertise, herunder viden om drift af ESDH-systemer.b) Konsulenter med ESDH-specialistekspertise, herunder informationsarkitekt med ekspertise i soge strukturer og sogemaskiner, ESDH-systemarkitekt, ESDH-testekspert og forretningsprocesekspert.c) Konsulent med projektleder ekspertise i relation til ESDH-systemer. Her vil konsulenten skulle styre og koordinere projekter og opgaver internt samt i relation til Forsvarets leverandorer.Konsulenterne forventes anvendt til 3 overordnede opgavetyper:1) Daglig opgavelosning som supplement til Forsvarets faste bemanding, herunder saerligt ved Forsvarets ESDH-kompetencecenter, hvor konsulentanvendelsen enten sker som folge af at de nodvendige kompetencer ikke kan etableres in-house, eller fordi den eksisterende bemanding ikke er tilstraekkelig til at handtere den lobende opgavelosning. Her vil behovet eksempelvis vaere i relation til kontrakt- og leverandorstyring af ekstern drifts- og applikationsleverandor, forretningsrelaterede systemadministrationsopgaver som f.eks. myndighedsomlaegninger samt lobende radgivning og sparring.2) ESDH-relateret strategisk og forretningsmaessig radgivning til Forsvarets ledelse og brugende myndigheder.3) Stotte til storre udviklingsaktiviteter som korer i saerskilt projektforlob, eksempelvis storre opgraderinger, og udviklinger af Forsvarets ESDH-systemer.Awards
