Baggrunden herfor er, at det er fundet hensigtsmaessigt, at den leverandor, som leverer it-systemet, ogsa efterfolgende driftsafvikler og vedligeholder systemet, fordi den pagaeldende leverandor har betydeligt storre indsigt i den udviklede losning. Derudover forventes der et taet samarbejde mellem leverandor og Kombit, og en opdeling i flere delkontrakter vil skabe en vaesentlig storre risiko i forhold til ansvarsfordelingen mellem leverandorerne. Endvidere taler okonomiske hensyn for en samlet kontrakt, da der forventes at vaere besparelser ved selve udbudsprocessen samt ved den efterfolgende kontraktstyring.Awards
