Der udbydes 4 storentrepriser: Parti nr. 1 Anlaegsentreprise, Parti nr. 2 Rahusentreprise, Parti nr. 3 Bygningsentreprise og Parti nr. 4 Installationsentreprise. Der opfores nybyggeri pa i alt ca. 3 800 m2 bruttoetageareal fordelt pa kaelderplan ca. 600 m2, stueplan ca. 1 200 m2, 1. sal ca. 950 m2 og 2. sal ca. 1 050 m2. Kaelderplan udfores med omklaedningsfaciliteter, bade- og toiletrum, depoter og teknikrum. Stueplan udfores med foyer med adgang til Fitnesslaboratorium, Bornefitness, Ganglaboratorium og Laboratorium for Leg og Innovation. Her udfores sportsgulve af forskellig type med varierende gulvniveau. 1. sal udfores med Tvaerfaglig Forskningsklinik med laboratorium- og traeningsomrade for genoptraening, kiropraktik, fysioterapi, idraets- og motionsmedicin, sundhedspsykologi samt idraets- og traeningslaere med tilhorende kontoromrade. 2. sal udfores med abne kontorarealer og cellekontorer, projekt- og studieomrader. De to overste etager opdeles af lette vaegge forberedt for fleksibilitet i konstruktioner og installationer. Nybyggeriet skal etableres mellem eksisterende parkeringsplads, atletikbane og voldanlaeg. Der skal udfores terraenarbejder og -anlaeg, opholdsarealer, stiforlob og forplads. Facade skal beklaedes med cortenstal og facadepartier skal udfores med vinduesarealer, franske altaner, felter med fast og fleksibel solafskaermning. Der vil vaere fokus pa tilgaengelighed, energieffektivt byggeri, indeklima, lyd- og brandkrav. Byggeriet skal udfores i lavenergiklasse 2015. Der stilles saerlige krav til klimaskaerm, udforelse af solceller, ovenlys, vinduer med lave u-vaerdier samt en kombination af naturlig og mekanisk ventilation. Der skal etableres volumenbassin/-ledninger til forsinkning af regnvand. Byggeriet skal tilsluttes det offentlige fjernvarmenet. Der skal udfores installationer, anlaeg, hovedledninger og foringsveje for vand, sanitet, varme, ventilation og CTS samt EL- og svagstromsanlaeg.Awards
