Alboa har faet tilbud om at kobe ejerlejlighed nr. 2, bestaende af de 30 almene familieboliger, beliggende Ceres Alle 11, 8000 Arhus, matr. nr. 4y, Arhus Markjorder. Det er en nodvendig forudsaetning for realisering af det almene byggeprojekt, at byggeriet opfores i forbindelse med det ovrige butiks- og boligprojekt, hvormed opforelsen koordineres og tilrettelaegges som et samlet, integreret projekt. Derfor er det ikke muligt for Alboa at kobe en byggeret og sa selv etablere de 30 almene familieboliger pa matriklen.
