Brugerundersogelsen forberedes i 2011 og gennemfores arligt i perioden 2012-2015 med mulighed for forlaengelse i op til 3 ar.Leverandoren skal udvikle et koncept for brugerundersogelsen, hvor museerne forestar uddeling og indsamling af sporgeskemaerne. Konceptet skal indeholde et sporgeskema til undersogelsen, plan for uddeling af sporgeskemaer og indsamling af data, introduktionsmateriale og introduktionsforlob til museerne, der skal indsamle data og opfolgende seminar/workshops i forlaengelse af afrapportering. Hvert ar afsluttes undersogelsen med analyse og afrapportering til Kulturarvsstyrelsen og til hvert af de ca. 120 statslige og statsanerkendte museer, hvor indsamling af data er foretaget.Awards
