Praekvalifikation og udbud forventes at ske i perioden 4. kv. 2015 til 3. kv. 2016.Byggeriet opfores i 3 etaper:-- Etape 1 udgor ca. 98.000 m2 bruttoetageareal somatisk hospitalsbyggeri.-- Etape 2 udgor ca. 12.800 m2 bruttoetageareal psykiatrisk hospitalsbyggeri.-- Etape 3 udgor ca. 22.000 m2 bruttoetageareal somatisk hospitalsbyggeri og ca. 7.800 m2 bruttoetageareal serviceby inkl. teknikhuse.Naervaerende fagentrepriseudbud omhandler alene rammeudbuddet E1,2,3-DP11-E08 og daekker etablering af elevatorer i hele Etape 1 samt rammeaftale for etablering af elevatorer i Etape 2 og Etape 3. Entreprisen udbydes som funktionsudbud.Der foreligger ved udbud alene projektmateriale for etape 1. Entreprisen for Etape 1 bestar dels af sengeelevatorer (almindelige og bariatriske), i alt 19 stk. med fra 2 til 10 stop, op til 3500 kg og med hastigheder op til 1,6 m/s, og dels af personelevatorer, i alt 16 stk. med fra 2 til 10 stop, op til 1150 kg og med hastigheder op til 2,0 m/s.Sengeelevatorer skal vaere forberedt for AGV-transport. 3 personelevatorer skal vaere udfort som brandmandselevator.Etablering af komplet managementsystem for alle elevatorer.I alle 3 etaper udfores entreprisen sidelobende med de ovrige indvendige arbejder. Pa nuvaerende tidspunkt forventes opstart pa byggeplads i 3. kvartal 2016 for etape 1, 3. kvartal 2017 for etape 2 og 2. kvartal 2017 for etape 3. Aflevering forventes at vaere: 4. kvartal 2018 for etape 1, 3. kvartal 2019 for etape 2 og 2. kvartal 2019 for etape 3. Det endelige udforelsestidspunkt for etape 1 fastlaegges i forbindelse med udsendelse af udbudsmaterialet.Ved tilbudsgivning prissaettes etape 1, mens etape 2 og 3 prissaettes pa baggrund af etape 1's afgivne enhedspriser, nar projektmaterialet herfor foreligger.Awards
