Projektet indgar som en del af udviklingen af de bynaere havnearealer.Det samlede projekt omfatter en arealomforandring pa ca. 85 000 m2 (heraf udgor bygning 3.250 m2), et bygningskompleks pa ca. 28 000 m2 over terraen og ca. 11 500 m2 under terraen, et fuldautomatiseret underjordisk parkeringsanlaeg med plads til 1 000 biler, et ankomstomrade i terraen pa 11 500 m2 for handtering af diverse trafikformer samt abning af den sidste del af Aarhus A.Den udbudte opgave omfatter "Udbudspakke 3 / Anlaegsentreprisen".Anlaegsentreprisen omfatter etablering af byggegrube inkl. udgravning og torholdelse, ramning af paele for bygning, nedrivning af eksisterende kajkonstruktioner og udgravning bag disse, etablering af nye kajkonstruktioner og opfyldning foran og bag disse.Arbejderne omfatter i hovedtraek:-- Udgravning i byggegrube, hovedsagelig fyldjord, ca. 70 000 m3.-- Udgravning af fyld bag eksisterende kajindfatninger, ca. 200 000 m3.-- Nedbrydning af kajkonstruktioner, ca. 13 000 lbm.-- Opfyldning i havnebassin, ca. 50 000 m3.-- Opfyldning bag nye kajindfatninger, ca. 65 000 m3.-- Bortskaffelse af kraftigt forurenet jord, ca. 2.500 m3.-- Bortskaffelse af let forurenet jord, ca. 25 000 m3.-- Bortskaffelse/genanvendelse af ren jord, ca. 127.500 m3.-- Ramning af spunsvaegge som byggegrubeindfatning, ca. 400 lbm.-- Ramning af spunsvaegge som kajindfatninger, ca. 800 lbm.-- Forankring af byggegrubeindfatning med jordankre, ca. 350 stk.-- Forankring af kajindfatninger med ankerplader/ankerspuns.-- Stobning af kolevandsindtag, ca. 120 m3.-- Ramning af paele, ca. 2 000 stk. a 18 til 28 m.-- Etablering af graedebronde ved byggegrubeindfatning samt etablering af draenlag i byggegrube, ca. 10 000 m2.Anlaegsentreprisen indeholder ikke faerdiggorelse af kajvaegge med beklaedning og hammer, der udbydes i en senere entreprise.Anlaegsentreprisen paregnes udfort etapevist i perioden (juli) august 2011 til december 2014, men med mulighed for Aarhus Kommune til at fremrykke entreprisestart til maj 2011, og saledes at der kan opsta behov for mindre arbejder i 2015.Awards
