Arbejdet er igangsat af Kulturministeriets departement. Der skal udvikles en faelles begrebsog datamodel og en ny faelles database. Dertil kommer generel applikationsudvikling og etablering af en placeringslosning og et mediearkiv. Det nye samlingsregistreringssystem skal anvendes af alle museer uanset deres nuvaerende registreringspraksis og data skal registreres pa en konsistent made. Et udvalg af informationer vil blive tilgaengelige via styrelsens offentlige tjenester og vil ligeledes blive videregivet til den faelleseuropaeiske portal Europeana.Selve udviklingen af systemet vil blive udbudt til en ekstern systemleverandor som EU udbud formodentlig primo 2013.Til at bista Kulturstyrelsen med at forberede og gennemfore udviklingsprojektet udbydes hermed en radgivningskontrakt. Styrelsen onsker radgivning og medvirken pa de omrader, som er nodvendige for at gennemfore projektet. Det drejer sig bl.a. om folgende opgaver:-- Proceskonsulent og metadataekspert til udvikling af begrebs- og datamodel.-- Radgivning om internationale standarder.-- Konsulent til analyse og vurdering af it-arkitektur, systemer, applikationer m.v.-- Radgivning i forbindelse med kravspecifikation og EU udbud.-- Radgivning om business case og gevinstrealisering (Statens projektmodel).-- Behovsanalyser og brugerprofilering.-- Generel radgivning om processtyring og projektledelse.Konsulentarbejdet onskes pabegyndt snarest muligt efter kontraktens indgaelse.Awards
