Statens Byggeforskningsinstitut kvalitetsniveau C med tilhorende produktionskokken. Normeringen for den nye daginstitution er 120 born fordelt pa 30 vuggestueborn og 90 bornehaveborn samt 30 voksne fordelt pa paedagogisk personale og ovrige medarbejdere. Daginstitutionen skal dog indrettes som et fleksibelt dagtilbud til 0-6 arige, sa huset over tid kan tilpasse sig de aktuelle behov og rumme variationer af bade bornehavepladser og vuggestuepladser. Det nye dagtilbud er i naerhed til skolen og bliver en del af skole- og idraetsomradet i Stilling.Det kommende byggeri skal planlaegges og opfores i henhold til "Politik for kommunalt byggeri" i Skanderborg Kommune med tilhorende standarder. Byggeriet skal vaere af en sadan kvalitet, at det ogsa i fremtiden bevarer sin vaerdi. I materialevalg og handvaerksmaessig udforelse skal projektet vaere gedigent.I forbindelse med disponeringen af byggeriet og valg af materialer skal der laegges stor vaegt pa, at drifts- og vedligeholdelsesudgifter begraenses mest muligt. Det betyder bl.a., at der isaer skal vaere opmaerksomhed pa, at klimaskaermen udfores i vedligeholdelsesvenlige materialer, og at der kan opnas et samlet energiforbrug, som er sa lille som muligt.Foruden at skulle opfylde Skanderborg Kommunes "Politik for Kommunalt Byggeri" skal den nye tilbygning bygges pa baeredygtige principper, hvilket betyder, at tilbygningen skal projekteres efter Den Frivillige Baeredygtighedsklasse samt have et max. klimaaftryk pa 10,5 kg. CO2eq/m2/ar ved opforelse af de nye tilbygninger.Awards
