Byggeriet opfores i forbindelse med Aarhus Universitetshospital, Skejby. DNU bliver ca. 216 000 m2 og bliver opdelt i talrige bygninger. Byggeriet forventes, at blive udfort med en byggetid pa ca. 7 ar.Byggeriet er planlagt gennemfort i et nordligt og sydligt spor samt et saerskilt spor for det centrale byggeriforum. Arbejdet er pa nuvaerende tidspunkt planlagt til at blive udbudt i 11 udbudsomrader i varierende storrelser fra ca. 7 000 m2 til ca. 36 000 m2.
