Bygningsstyrelsens forventning er et omkring 31 000 m2 stort bygningskompleks med plads til 1 600 arbejdspladser. Bygningsstyrelsen har valgt at stille krav om, at husets baerende konstruktioner skal udfores i trae, og at disse i videst muligt omfang onskes synliggjort indvendigt. Det er et onske, at byggeriet skal indpasse sig til bydelen med respekt for de omkringliggende bebyggelser og i relation til udviklingsplanen i Odense Kommune.
