Udover helhedsplanen er der igangsat afdelingsspecifikke helhedsplaner for hver enkelt afdeling.Bebyggelsen omfatter 3 forskellige bygningstyper: raekkehuse i 2 etager, lavhusblokke i 4 etager og 12 hojhuse i 16 etager. De 5 forste hojhuse (set fra ostlig retning) indeholder PCB i form af bade primaere, sekundaere og tertiaere kilder. Derudover indeholder hojhusene bly i malinger og asbest i de lette facadepartier og evt. andre miljofarlige stoffer, der endnu ikke er undersogt for. Udbuddet omhandler nedrivning af disse 5 hojhuse. Opgaven finansieres i hht. Landsbyggefondens renoveringsstotteregler.Awards
