Konsulenterne skal primaert varetage Vaeksttjek- og Vaekstloft-forlob, hvor konsulenterne skal: -- identificere virksomhedens centrale vaekstmuligheder og udfordringer -- prioritere virksomhedens fremadrettede indsats i en handlingsplan -- bista virksomheden med at realisere vaekstpotentialet, som er udstukket i handlingsplanen (kun Vaekstloft-forlob). I Region Sjaelland skal konsulenterne desuden gennemfore halvsdagsseminarer og netvaerksforlob. Vaeksthus Midtjylland er aftalepart pa rammeaftalen, men samtlige landets vaeksthuse bistar med projektets gennemforelse. Aftale om levering af konkrete ydelser omfattet af rammeaftalen sker ved indgaelse af Konkrete Aftaler direkte mellem de virksomheder, der deltager i projektet, og den valgte konsulent, og virksomhederne haefter selv for betaling af konsulenten.
