De eksisterende faciliteter planlaegges udvidet udvidet med 7 000 m2. Det forventes, at den kommende tekniske bygherreradgiver er en erfaren bygherreradgiver, som i samarbejde med de ovrige deltagere og radgivere kan levere en "A-Z"-radgivning, som omfatter alle de tiltag og oplaeg til beslutninger og dokumenter mv., som er nodvendige for at kunne udbyde og indga en totalentreprisekontrakt omfattende projektering og etablering af Nyt Horsens Gymnasium & HF.Awards
