Metropol er en professionshojskole, som uddanner bl.a. laerere, sygeplejersker, ergo-fysioterapeuter, jordemodre mv. pa i alt 16 mellemlange videregaende uddannelser fordelt pa 6 lokationer i Kobenhavn og pa Frederiksberg. Der er ca. 10 000 studerende og ca. 1 000 ansatte pa Metropol. Metropol arbejder med fastlagte strategiske indsatsomrader, herunder vidensinfrastruktur og procesoptimering. Der arbejdes malrettet med, at Metropols it-losninger understotter indsatsomraderne. En ny digitaliseringsstrategi er aktuelt under udarbejdelse. Laes evt. mere pa www.phmetropol.dk. Metropol onsker med dette udbud en losning, der indeholder et intranet for studerende og alle ansatte samt en laeringsplatform (evt. LMS) for studerende og undervisere. Leverandoren skal vaere i stand til at bista Metropol i samtlige faser af implementeringen, herunder med design, informationsarkitektur, programmering, procesbeskrivelse og uddannelse. Losningen skal vaere portal for alle pa Metropol, og vaere det logiske afsaet for al aktivitet i Metropols digitale univers. Det er derfor vigtigt, at losningen har abne graenseflader og er baseret pa abne standarder, sa der er mulighed for integration til andre systemer. Losningen skal fremme samarbejde pa tvaers af organisationen ved blandt andet at indarbejde tankesaettet bag web 2.0. Losningen skal understotte digitale arbejdsgange for mange forskelligartede malgrupper, og brugervenlighed vil derfor vaere et vaesentligt fokuspunkt. Metropol onsker at indga kontrakt med en leverandor, der skal sta som ansvarlig for den samlede leverance. Efter idriftsaettelse forventes der udviklet yderligere funktionalitet.Awards
