Praekvalifikation og udbud forventes at ske i perioden 4. kv. 2014 til 2. kv. 2015. Byggeriet opfores i 3 etaper: Etape 1 udgor ca. 104 500 m2 bruttoetageareal somatisk hospitalsbyggeri. Etape 2 udgor ca. 15 000 m2 bruttoetageareal psykiatrisk hospitalsbyggeri. Etape 3 udgor ca. 30 000 m2 bruttoetageareal somatisk hospitalsbyggeri og ca. 8 000 m2 bruttoetageareal serviceby inkl. teknikhuse. Naervaerende entrepriseudbud omhandler alene rammeudbuddet E1,2,3-DP11-E03 og daekker bygningsautomation i hele Etape 1 samt rammeaftale for etablering af bygningsautomation i Etape 2 og Etape 3. Entreprisen udbydes som funktionsudbud. Der foreligger ved udbud alene projektmateriale for etape 1. Entreprisen for Etape 1 bestar i hovedtraek af komplet BMS, CTS og IBI-anlaeg for styring og overvagning af alle tekniske anlaeg, herunder VVS-, kole- og ventilationsanlaeg, overvagning af diverse teknisk og medicoteknisk udstyr, overvagning af el-produktions- og fordelingsanlaeg, elevatorer og ovrige logistisk udstyr, rumstyringer for lys, varme, ventilation og persienner. Endvidere tilslutning til alarm- og overvagningsanlaeg. Etablering af komplet overvagningscentral for ovenstaende anlaeg. I alle 3 etaper udfores entreprisen sidelobende med de ovrige indvendige arbejder pa, som pa nuvaerende tidspunkt forventes at have opstart pa bygeplads i december 2015. Aflevering forventes at vaere: september 2017 for etape 1, januar 2019 for etape 2 og marts 2019 for etape 3. Det endelige udforelsestidspunkt for etape 1 fastlaegges i forbindelse med udbuddet. Ved tilbudsgivning prissaettes etape 1, mens etape 2 og 3 prissaettes pa baggrund af de ved tilbuddet afgivne enhedspriser, nar projektmaterialet herfor foreligger.Awards
