Rammeaftalen omfatter en afklaringsfase, hvor leverandoren foretager opmaling af medarbejderne, samt en storre initial leverance, savel som en storre sekundaer leverance til alle medarbejdere, ved udlobet af levetiden for den forste ordre. Derudover er lobende leverancer og dermed forbunden modtagelse af bestillinger, samt foretagelse af levering til enhederne omfattet af rammeaftalen.
