Hooldusteenus sisaldab: 1.1 voimalike torgete likvideerimist seoses platvormi, serverite ja andmebaasi tarkvara uuendamisega, tarkvara uuendused teevad reeglina KTK spetsialistid; 1.2 voimalike torgete likvideerimist ja vajalike muudatuste tegemist infosusteemides, kui uuendatakse seotud tarkvara (naiteks x-tee, teised infosusteemid, mille pakutakse teenust voi mille teenust kasutatakse); 1.3 vajalikke koodimuutusi rakendustes, mis on tingitud tarkvara uuendamisest voi rakenduses muutuste tegemisest; 1.4 ebaselge pohjusega torke korral koostoos KTK ISO tootajatega pohjuse valja selgitamist ja selle likvideerimist. 2 Arendusteenus sisaldab: 2.1. aripoole kooskolastatud tellimuse pohjal KTK ISO tootaja kaudu esitatud arendusteenust rakendustes. Maaratakse ka too teostamise tahtaeg; 2.3. peale too teostamist ja testimist dokumenteeritakse tulemus vastavale KTK poolt antavale vormile, see on aluseks ka toode vastuvotu akti koostamisele.Awards
