Hankija soovib raamlepingusse minna kuni kolme pakkujaga, kelle vahel hakkab hankija labi viima minikonkursse. Esimene hankeleping solmitakse parast raamlepingu solmimist pakkujaga, kelle pakkumus on hankijale majanduslikult soodsaim.Hankija soovib esimese hankelepinguga osta kolm diiselmootoriga soomustatud MAASTURIT ning kaesolev tehniline kirjeldus kehtib soomustatud MAASTURITELE. Kui hankijal tekib tulevikus soov osta soomustatud sedaane voi vaikebusse, esitab hankija nende tapsed tehnilised kirjeldused minikonkursside kaigus. Soomustatud maasturite tarneaeg on hiljemalt 12 kuu jooksul parast hankelepingu solmimist.Hankija eeldatav maksumus ei kohusta hankijat selles mahus hankeesemeid ostma.
