The challenge is to plan for and implement a complex, multi-phased development that provides: -- a high quality area with physical linkages to Smithfield, Phibsborough, Prussia Street, and the City Centre, -- new health care facilities for the Health Service Executive (HSE), -- new urban campus for Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), -- new arts, cultural, recreational and public spaces to serve the community and the city, -- primary school, public library and children's play spaces, and, -- complementary mixed-use development. GDA proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of five (5) single-operator framework agreements for technical specialist services as follows: -- Lot 1: transportation and mobility consultancy services, -- Lot 2: statutory & town planning consultancy services, -- Lot 3: archaeology consultancy services, -- Lot 4: accessibility consultancy services, -- Lot 5: fire safety consultancy services. Candidates will be able to apply for one, various or all lots. Each framework agreement will have a duration of four (4) years. For the avoidance of doubt, the period for delivery of any contracts awarded under each framework may extend beyond the date of expiry of that framework agreement.
