The objective of these framework agreements is to arrange the conditions in such a way that the Contracting Authorities get their need for vehicles included in the framework agreements covered, without having to announce procurements and enter into similar agreement on their own, and thereby achieving the best possible terms and less administration in total. The new framework agreements shall include deliveries which shall cover the need for two years, from and including 1.7.2015 until and including 30.6.2017. Option for the contracting authorities to prolong the agreement for up to one year + one year. If the contracting authorities wish to use the right to release the option, a notification in writing to the suppliers must be given. The notification must be given minimum three months prior to the expiration of the current framework agreement period. It shall only be possible for one, two or all three of the contracting authorities to prolong the framework agreement by releasing options. The frameworks agreements cannot be valid longer than until and including 30.6.2019.Adjudicaciones
