The sandbox will provide legal certainty for, among others, use cases on the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI);2. provide to the Commission comprehensive legal advice on all legal and regulatory aspects of operating the EBSI and its use cases, with a minimum of 400 billable hours of legal advice per year (in total 1 200 billable hours). This includes the drafting of legal documents and legal analysis relevant to the transfer of the EBSI onto a special purpose vehicle. Further, the expert will provide advice and legal drafting on/for data protection and intellectual property rights.
