Unidade compradoranão reportado Data de publicação2011-08-26 Estado do concursonão reportado DescriçãoThe Scottish Ministers through the Collaborative and Scottish Government Procurement Division are seeking to establish a single supplier framework for the provision of Web Conferencing service, to the Scottish Public Sector. Suppliers must register interest in this framework opportunity through the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) procurement portal in the first instance at - www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation is available for download from there. Suppliers should submit their tenders in accordance with the instructions outlined within the ITT document. The Scottish Ministers are seeking to establish a single supplier agreement for the provision of a modern and future proof Web Conferencing service on a National and cross-sector basis for Scotland. Web conferencing refers to a service that allows events, meetings for presentations to be shared across remote locations through a desktop or laptop. The service will include implementation, training, change management, helpdesk support with maintenance, "Web-inar" capability, software services and the option of integrated audio. The service must be reliable, robust, easy to use/deploy, fully supported from a technical aspect, marketable within Scottish public sector, low investment and cost effective to set up and run using a single branded "Scottish Government" site. The user(s) of the agreement expects to be invoiced on a monthly basis the sum for the delivery of the service to that user(s). The duration of the framework will be 2 years with options to extend, at the authority's discretion, for a further 2 years (in 12 month stages).
