Enggaard A/S, Entreprenor- og Byggefirma, som udbudsfuldmaegtig for ordregiver, foretager udbud af bygge- og anlaegsopgaverne forbundet med opforelsen af det noglefaerdige, skraeddersyede undervisningsbyggeri i henhold til Udbudsdirektivet (2004/18/EF). Der skal ialt opfores 28 000 m2 undervisningsbyggeri. Folgende 4 fagentrepriser udbydes som delaftaler med forudgaende praekvalifikation: VVS entreprisen: Arbejdet omfatter et komplet varmeanlaeg med radiator, kalorifere, stralevarmepaneler mv. vandanlaeg med veksler til varmt vandproduktion, aflobsinstallationer, tagafvanding, UV-tagafvanding af flade tage, sanitet, slangevinder, stieror, gasinstallationer for bygas mv. Ventilations entreprisen: Arbejdet omfatter detailprojektering og udforelse af mekaniske ventilationsanlaeg og i mindre omfang hybridventilation af hele bygningen, brandventilationsanlaeg, punktudsugning, udsugning fra staenkskabe mv.
