The Framework Agreement shall be divided into five (5) lots: Lot 1 -- Vehicle Servicing and Repair, Lot 2 -- Vehicle Welding and Fabrication, Lot 3 -- Vehicle MOT's, Lot 4 -- Breakdown and Recovery of Vehicles, Lot 5 -- Windscreen/Glass repair or replacement. Service Providers may submit prices for 1 or more lots, and can indicate which geographic areas they are prepared to cover. The Framework will be for a three (3) year period with the option for the Authority to extend by one (1) additional year. In addition, the Framework will be operational in annual tranches -- this means that it shall be re-advertised annually to allow new entrants to join the Framework. Operators already on the Framework need not reapply unless their information has changed, or they wish to update their pricing.
