S sprejemom novega Pravilnika o ucinkoviti rabi stavb (PURES) v letu 2022, ki uvaja nove zahteve na podrocju energetske ucinkovitosti in rabe obnovljivih virov energije v stavbah, je potrebno na novih izhodiscih izracunati stroskovno optimalne ravni za minimalne zahteve glede energetske ucinkovitosti stavb in elementov stavb. Strokovne podlage za dolocitev stroskovno optimalnih ravni za minimalne zahteve glede energetske ucinkovitosti z uporabo primerjalnega metodoloskega okvira je potrebno pripraviti z upostevanjem dolocil 4. in 5. clena Direktive 2010/31/EU z dne 19. maja 2010 o energetski ucinkovitosti stavb in Direktive (EU) 2018/844 z dne 30. maja 2018 o spremembi Direktive 2010/31/EU o energetski ucinkovitosti stavb in Direktive 2012/27/EU o energetski ucinkovitosti.Awards
