This cooperation is taking place predominantly within the ADCO-CPR group, established by the competent market surveillance authorities of Member States already under the preceding Council Directive (89/106/EEC; the CPD). More specifically, the contractor shall assist the chair of the said group in the preparation of the meetings of the said group, acting as its technical secretariat: the tasks of the administrative secretariat providing the logistical support to the group's work are dealt with by means of another contract. Moreover, the contractor shall provide technical assistance also for the working groups created under ADCO and organisation of different other cooperative actions between the said MS authorities, notably the joint market surveillance programme.
