This framework agreement is divided into 2 schedules: schedule A covers the supply and delivery in bulk to the ESPO Distribution Centre, Leicester. Schedule B covers delivery direct to individual establishments in the areas served by ESPO and CBC and those of other eligible public sector bodies throughout the United Kingdom. Whilst initially for use by local authorities served by ESPO and CBC (see www.espo.org and www.cbconline.org.uk for further details), being Central Purchasing Bodies as defined by the EU Combined Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC, the framework agreement may also be open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the United Kingdom: local authority councils; educational establishments (including academies), police, fire & rescue and coastguard emergency services; NHS and HSC bodies, including ambulance services; registered charities; registered social landlords.
