It is the intention of the above named local authorities to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement with 2 lots for a period of 4 years. Lot 1 is for Functional LED Street Lighting Luminaires to achieve Lighting Class P4 of BS 5489:2013 and Lot 2 is for Functional LED Street Lighting Luminaires to achieve Lighting Class P2 of BS 5489:2013. Following the conclusion of this competitive process it is envisaged that for each lot, 7 successful tenderers (providing there are at least 7 suitably qualified) will be admitted to the framework as framework members for that lot. In each lot, admission to the framework as a framework member will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the award criteria as set out in the tender documents. The Framework is being established under the Open Procedure in accordance with the EU Public Sector Directive 2004/18/EC. Under the open procedure any interested party may submit a tender. All tenderers are reminded to read the tender document carefully and respond in accordance with its specification and all other requirements by the tender deadline.Awards
