The Awarding Authority shall therefore enter into a new agreement for operation of the application with accompanying system environments (production, testing and development, training, stand-by arrangement and references). The delivery will include considerable ICT infrastructure and comprehensive application management. The Awarding Authority will enter into an agreement with one service provider.
