Dazu gehort vor allem die Organisation und Durchfuhrung von Regionalkonferenzen in den 5 Regionen Deutschlands, an denen jeweils zwischen 80 und 100 Lehrerinnen und Lehrer und Schulerinnen und Schuler teilnehmen. Der Vertrag umfasst ferner die Begleitung von Schulen im Zertifizierungsprozess und die Betreuung der zertifizierten Schulen, z. B. durch die Pflege eines Netzwerks uber einen Blog und ahnliches. Die Abrechnung der Reisekosten der teilnehmenden Schulen an den Regionalkonferenzen ist ebenfalls Bestandteil der Zusammenarbeit.
