These datasets are to be made available for re-use for free, via application programming interfaces, in a machine-readable format and if possible as a bulk download.The study will support the impact assessment underlying the implementing act. The contractor will:1) Identify in every Member State specific datasets that should belong to the list of HVDs;2) Analyse the possible impacts of making the HVDs available for re-use free of charge on public sector bodies and public undertakings and the markets in which they operate;3) Identify and quantify the socio-economic benefits, impacts and potential for AI applications of the identified datasets;4) Assist in organising and analysing results of a public hearing and public consultation on HVDsAwards
