The volume for the maximum total duration was estimated at 19 500 hours for all participating I/B/A combined, with a maximum budgetary ceiling of EUR 5 560 000, based on the estimated volume, financial offers of the winning tenders, estimated indexation, and a margin for contingencies. Considering unforeseen additional needs in some participating institutions, the estimated volume initially announced in the Tender Specifications and contract notice for framework contract EPSO/EUSA/PO/2014/069 -- Lot 2 is being consumed faster than anticipated. Therefore a negotiated procedure has been launched to conclude an amendment to the current contracts (EPSO/EUSA/PO/2014/069 -- Lot 2) in line with Article 134(1)(e) of the Rules of application of the Financial Regulation.Awards
