With this procedure the ECB aimed at awarding a framework agreement for the provision of services related to the production of publications. The ECB has stopped printing hardcopies of its publications and therefore has replaced the typesetting of its publications in favor of a MS Word- and MS Excel-based production. The production of certain ECB publications is time critical the successful tenderer needed to ensure the timely production of publications.Awards
