Yksikko rakennetaan Kontinkankaalle osoitteeseen Kiviharjuntie 5. Sadehoitoyksikon ensimmaisen vaiheen laajuus on noin 3 424 brm2 ja toisen vaiheen (optio) laajuus noin 1 237 brm2. Rakennustyot pyritaan aloittamaan lokakuussa 2019. Tavoitteena on, etta kokonaisurakka valmistuu ensimmaisen vaiheen osalta huhtikuun 2020 loppuun mennessa. Toisen vaiheen aikataulu tarkentuu optiopaatoksen yhteydessa. Sadehoitoyksikon rakentaminen on suunniteltu jaettavaksi 2 kokonaisurakkaan; maa-, perustus- ja runkourakkaan (UR1) seka sisustusvaiheen urakkaan (UR2). Talla hankinnalla kilpailutetaan kokonaisurakkana UR1. Kokonaisurakkaan sisaltyvat tyomaan paaurakoitsijan, paatoteuttajan ja johtovelvollisuuksien lisaksi kaikki rakennuksen maa-, perustus- ja runkotyot seka mahdolliset talotekniset tyot asiakirjaluettelossa mainittujen suunnitelmien ja tarjouspyyntoasiakirjojen mukaisesti.Awards
