Hanke-alueen ylapuolelle rakennetaan rakennusosaa palveleva uusi iv-konehuone. Hankkeen kokonaislaajuus on noin 3 115 brm2. Hankkeen kustannusarvio on 12 000 000 EUR. Hankkeen toteutusmuotona on jaettu urakka, jossa rakennusteknisten toiden urakoitsija toimii paaurakoitsijana ja paatoteuttajana. Paaurakkaan alistettuja sivu-urakoita ovat putki-, jaahdytys-, ilmanvaihto-, sairaalakaasu-, rakennusautomaatio-, sprinkleri- ja sahkourakkat.
