Mittaustoissa noudatetaan Vaylaviraston ohjetta 18/2017.Ohje 18/2017 sisaltavaa teknisten ohjeiden lisaksi lopputulosten laatuvaatimukset, luovutettavan aineiston formaattien kuvaukset seka ohjeita sisaisen laadunvarmistuksen tekemiseen ja itselle luovutukseen. Lisaksi ohjeissa on lomakepohjia ja esimerkkeja toimituksiin liitettavista dokumenteista ja luettelot eri toimituksiin kuuluvista aineistoista ja dokumenteista. Onnistuneen tarjouksen tekemiseksi tarjoajia kehotetaan perehtymaan huolellisesti mainittuihin ohjeisiin. Hankintayksikko valitsee tehtavaan enintaan kuusi (6) puitesopimustoimittajaa.Awards
