Nyt kaynnistetaan 2.vaihe (kolme taloa). 1. vaiheen peruskorjaustyot jatkuvat vuoden 2013 loppuun. Samassa yhteydessa taloihin toteutetaan samalla vaiheistuksella uudet rungon sisapuoliset hissit tilaajan erillishankintana. 2.vaiheessa on yhteensa 72 asuntoa ja uusia asuntoja lisakerrokseen toteutetaan 8 kpl / talo. Tontille tulee uusi kaukolampoliittyma ja yksi lammonjakohuone palvelemaan kaikkia tontin kolmea rakennusta. Toteutus jaettuna urakkana laadittavien suunnitelmien mukaisesti. Rakennusurakoitsija paaurakoitsijana, putki-, ilmanvaihto-, sahko- ja rakennusautomaatiourakat alistettuina sivu-urakoina. Myos kokonaisurakkatarjouksen jattaminen on mahdollista. Tavoitteena aloitus n. kesakuussa 2013 1. rakennuksen osalta, muut rakennukset n. lokakuusta 2013 alkaen, arvioitu rakennusaika yhteensa n. 17 kk. Pyrkimyksena on talokohtainen vaiheittainen vastaanotto.Awards
