Hankinta jakautuu seuraaviin osa-alueisiin: A) Vammaisten henkiloiden palveluasuminen B) Vammaisten henkiloiden tuettu asuminen C) Vammaisten henkiloiden tehostettu palveluasuminen D) Lyhytaikainen huolenpito E) Tehostettu palveluasuminen alle 18-vuotiaille. Lisaksi osa-alueiden sisalla sallitaan osatarjoukset ko. osa-alueen palvelukuvausliitteessa ja hintaliitteessa kuvatuilla tavoilla. Sopimuskausi alkaa 1.9.2021 ja paattyy 31.8.2025. Palvelutuotanto tulee aloittaa viimeistaan 31.3.2022.Awards
