HUSin tavoitteena on hankkia joustavalla ja yksinkertaisella menettelylla laadukkaita tehohoidon laakintalaitteita tukemaan HUSin ja sen kumppanien tehtavien tayttamista. Dynaamiseen hankintajarjestelmaan voi jattaa osallistumishakemuksia koko sen keston ajan. Dynaamiseen hankintajarjestelmaan otetaan mukaan kaikki soveltuvuusvaatimukset tayttavat ehdokkaat. Varsinaiset hankinnat tehdaan dynaamisen hankintajarjestelman sisaisilla kilpailutuksilla, joissa kuvataan ja tasmennetaan hankinnan kohde.Dynaamisessa hankintajarjestelmassa on kolme (3) luokkaa (osa-aluetta).Luokat: 1. AV-laskimopumput ja niiden tarvikkeet 2. Hengityksenhoito (CPAP) koti- ja sairaalakayttoon ja niiden tarvikkeet 3.
