Nyt hankittava palvelu voi olla tyotoimintaa, ryhmatoimintaa tai tyoelamavalmiuksia tukevaa yksilovalmennusta. Kuntouttavaa tyotoimintaa hankitaan ajalle 1.1.2017 - 31.12.2018. Sopimukseen sisaltyy kaksi (1 + 1) optiovuotta, jotka voidaan ottaa kayttoon vuosi kerrallaan. Espoon kaupunki ilmoittaa option kayttoonotosta viimeistaan kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen sopimuskauden paattymista. Espoon kaupunki varaa oikeuden olla ottamatta optiota kayttoon kaikkien palveluntuottajien kanssa. Kunta voi jarjestaa kuntouttavan tyotoiminnan palvelun itse tai sopia sen jarjestamisesta toisen kunnan tai kuntayhtyman, rekisteroidyn yhdistyksen, rekisteroidyn saation, valtion viraston tai rekisteroidyn uskonnollisen yhdyskunnan kanssa.
