Sopimuksen kesto on kaksi (2) vuotta ja sita voidaan lisaksi jatkaa kahdella yhden vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella (1 + 1).Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen (3) osa-alueeseen seuraavasti:1. Fysiikan, kemian, biologian ja maantieteen opetusvalineet2. Matematiikan opetusvalineet3. Kemikaalit.Tarjousvertailu tehdaan osa-aluekohtaisesti. Osa-alueisiin 1 ja 2 valitaan kullekin kolme (3) toimittajaa ja osa-alueeseen 3 valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja. Valittuja toimittajia kaytetaan etusijajarjestyksessa. Koulujen ensivarustamisessa tilaajalla on oikeus kilpailuttaa tuotteet osa-alueeseen valittujen sopimustoimittajien kesken puitejarjestelyn sisaisella kevennetylla kilpailutuksella.Tama hankinta ei koske toimistotarvikkeita eika liikunnan tai musiikin opetusvalineita.Awards
