Uusi koulu suunnitellaan 1. vaiheessa Pohjois-Porin n. 600:lle 1-6 luokan oppilaille. Lahtokohtana on alustava tilaohjelma, jossa kokonaislaajuus on 1. vaiheessa 8 254 kem2 ja 2. vaiheessa 2 667 kem2, yhteensa 10 922 kem2.Hanke suunnitellaan kokonaissuunnitteluna siten, etta hankkeen molemmat vaiheet huomioidaan suunnittelussa. Toteutusvaihe tehdaan kahdessa (2) osassa. Suunnittelukokoukset pidetaan Porissa (suunnittelun ja toteutuksen aikana arviolta 40 kpl kokouksia).Vaiheistus toteutetaan niin, etta rakentamisen toinen vaihe saadaan rajattua toiminnassa olevan koulun osasta. Kouluun tulee tilat yhteensa 1 100:lle 1.-9. luokan oppilaalle, 150 henkilokunnan tyontekijalle, lahikirjastolle ja terveydenhuollolle. Nain rakennukseen voidaan luoda synergiaetuja eri toimijoiden valille (toisen vaiheen toteutusaikataulu ei ole tassa vaiheessa tiedossa).Kuhunkin osakokonaisuuteen valitaan suunnittelutoimisto erikseen suunnitteluohjelmassa esitettyjen valintaperusteiden mukaisesti. Hankkeen toteutusmuoto on jaettu urakka, ellei myohemmin toisin paateta. Hanke toteutetaan siten, etta rakennustekniset tyot tehdaan paaurakkana ja LVISAJ-tyot alistettuina sivu-urakkoina.Awards
