Uudisrakennusosien lisaksi hankesuunnitelma sisaltaa Kirkonkylan koulun vanhan rakennuskannan purku-urakan suunnitteluineen seka Kirkonkylan koulun D-rakennuksen ja Sydan-Laukaan koulun muutostyot hankesuunnitelmassa esitetyssa laajuudessa.
