Liitteessa 1 (kohdeluettelo) ilmenee tarjouskohteet seka kohteen tarkemmat tiedot mm. reitit, kuljetuskohteet ja kuljetusmaarat, kuljetusaikataulut ja kuljetuskalustoa koskevat vaatimukset jne.Tarjoushinnat annetaan osa-alueittain kohdassa hankinnan kohteen kriteerit.
