La Ville d'Illzach envisage la construction de nouvelles salles d'activites sportives regroupees sur un site comprenant deja plusieurs equipements pour realiser une cite des sports, sur le site du complexe sportif Joseph Biechlin, rue du Stade a Illzach. Les travaux envisages seront realises en deux phases avec demolition du COSEC existant qui devra rester operationnel pendant la premiere phase. Le contenu des trois parties techniques constituant cette mission est precise dans le CCTP. Il s'agit egalement d'une mission transversale durant toute la duree du projet (dont la recherche de subventions). Le marche n'est pas decompose en lots. La duree previsionnelle de l'operation est de 60 mois a compter de la notification du marche (hors GPA).Awards
