Les sites de prise en charge et de livraison se situent dans la majorite des cas en France metropolitaine et en Europe, mais il sera demande au titulaire d'etre en mesure de realiser des prestations a l'echelle mondiale. Il est precise que toute la documentation se fera en langue francaise. La part ferme du contrat portera sur les 5 transports mentionnes plus bas.
