La presente consultation a deja fait l'objet d'une precedente publicite: -- au BOAMP sous l'avis no 19-3846 publie le 11.1.2019, -- au JOUE sous l'avis no 2019/S 009-015535 publie le 14.1.2019. Les lots 02, 14 et 16 sont relances suite a une declaration sans suite de la procedure (lots infructueux). La definition des besoins est remise en cause en raison de difficultes budgetaires.Awards
