La presente consultation concerne un accord-cadre alloti, conformement a l'article L.2113-10 du code de la commande publique. Elle est passee par la procedure de l'appel d'offres ouvert. L'accord-cadre est mono-attributaire pour tous les lots. Il sera execute par l'emission de bons de commande.
